Meet First Wave Wellness
This husband and wife team, Eric Day, Certified NSPA Fitness Instructor, and Jackie Day, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, founded First Wave Wellness to not only reach the local community in Brevard County, but to also help busy women across the country integrate sustainable healthy habits into their life and make health and fitness a top priority.
In this busy world of working, running errands and taking care of others, it’s easy for women to forget self-care. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not only important for physical, mental, and emotional well-being in the here and now, but also as you look toward the future.

Our goal at First Wave Wellness is to help guide, mentor, and provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals to make sustainable lifestyle changes that will improve your well-being and health.
We help busy women integrate sustainable healthy lifestyle behaviors through mindset and habit change.
